Recently i have been working very hard on just the modeling process, rather than any animation, which i still want to do and further explore. I think its something to do with patience. People who know me, would probably understand how i get quite mad when Maya crashes, or when just planly slows down a hell of a lot.
I think i really have developed an eye for the 3D space, and can work on something and would be able to tell if something is right or not with the model. Im still learning of course :) (after a 3 years or so of first meeting my friend Maya). I feel i have been inspired by a lot of stuff recently, by whats on TV, to stuff thats in creative magazines and also certain competitions that i really want to have a go at entering! Which of course, I have been working on some character designs and thinking up some short and sweet comical gags at the same time not too complex.
I feel i want to be at a stage where my models are so heavily detailed, you can pick out every crease and fold. But still at the same time, i want to be creating short films that make people laugh and cry. I think i need to learn how to be Jack Bauer, and give up on sleeping. Anyway still multitasking away making stuff, designing stuff, dreaming stuff.
So question is what am i? The answer the same as it always was before: I am only human, who wants to dable in everything that is 3D! :p

I am actualy seriously thinking about entering this (believe it or not!)
For some time i have been quite interested in this new developing 3D technology. As it has evolved from old techniques, it has now come into the HD age. I believe it will be a success, as it will make HD films more in depth and involved than what they already are. As some films that have been released at the cinema in 3D, i have viewed and realised this. 3D should not always be used as a gimick, like litterally throw things at the audience, instead i feel it helps the audience feel a lot more focused on the film itself, as you zero in well into the detail. The end thought, is a rather absorbed feeling, like you were part of the film and perhaps you have taken some form of a aphroddesiac. This is why i am excited and seriously thinking about entering this competition.
The competition requires an CG/3D animated short film to show off on the new 3D products that are beeing released
We’re looking for stereoscopic 3D shorts made to work with active shutter technology (ie NOT red-blue anaglyph). Each video sequence should, preferable, be around 5-10 minutes in length. However, if you have a shorter sequence (that’s suitably impressive) we’ll still be willing to consider it for inclusion
Im quite excited about this, all i need to do is think up a good story for a short, make a good ananmatic, and then start making it. For this i really will try hard to finalise a quick comical short, before i touch my PC! I have got a few idea so far, so im gunna brain storm away.
